These combined Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (collectively, the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. They are written to be welcoming and clear while ensuring robust protection for the celebrity talent (including Jason Statham), the Platform, its affiliates, event partners, service providers, contractors, and employees (collectively, the “Platform Parties”). By creating an account, purchasing or booking an Experience, joining a membership tier, downloading or using any Platform application, or otherwise accessing or using the Services in any way, you accept and agree to these Terms.
We operate as an authorized, officially-endorsed platform for Jason Statham. The Platform is authorized to use the name, likeness, trademark, and branding of Jason Statham for the Services described herein. All Services described are provided under the authority and approval of Jason Statham, his representatives, or authorized management entities. References in these Terms to “Celebrity,” “Talent,” or “Jason Statham” denote the real person and his authorized representatives as applicable to the Services.
Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, browsing, using, creating an account on, purchasing through, or otherwise interacting with the Website or any Services, you (the “User,” “Fan,” or “Member”) unambiguously accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, do not access or use the Services.
Legal Capacity; Age Requirement
To use the Services, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts in your legal jurisdiction. If you are age eighteen (18) or older but under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary legal authorization from a parent or legal guardian to enter these Terms. Minors under 18 are not permitted to create accounts or purchase Experiences except where the law expressly allows and only with verifiable parental or guardian consent consistent with our policies and applicable law.
Compliance with Local Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations when accessing or using the Services, including but not limited to travel regulations, export controls, customs, immigration, consumer protection laws, tax laws, and any health, safety or public gathering rules that may apply to in-person events.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Website, and where practicable, by sending an email to the primary email address associated with your account. Substantial changes will be highlighted. Your continued access to or use of the Services after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms; capitalized terms have the meanings set forth below.
- “Platform” — The authorized Jason Statham fan network, including the Website, applications, event management tools, and Services described herein.
- “Website” — The Website at https://jasonstatham.my and any subdomains, microsites, booking portals, or event pages the Platform owns or controls.
- “User,” “You,” or “Member” — Any person or entity accessing or using the Services, whether or not registered as an account holder.
- “Celebrity” or “Talent” — Jason Statham and any other public figure officially authorized by the Platform for appearances or digital content.
- “Experience” — Any booked or offered engagement involving the Celebrity or Platform including meet & greets, private or public events, dinners, backstage access, walk-and-greets, Q&A sessions, photo opportunities, autograph sessions, live performances, or any in-person interactions.
- “Digital Experience” — Any virtual engagement such as live video calls, pre-recorded personalized messages, text/chat sessions, livestream interactions, or other online-only interactions offered by the Platform.
- “Meet & Greet” — A subset of Experiences in which a Fan meets the Celebrity in-person or digitally for a scheduled interaction governed by a discrete itinerary.
- “Fan Membership” — A subscription or membership package that grants access to certain benefits, privileges, early booking windows, exclusive content, or other membership-specific perks.
- “Add-On” — Any optional, ancillary product or service sold in connection with an Experience, including photo upgrades, extended time, merchandise bundles, travel coordination, priority seating, early check-in, or hospitality packages.
- “Booking” — A reservation made by a User for an Experience, whether provisional or confirmed.
- “Itinerary” — The schedule, timing, location, and logistical description of an Experience provided to a User upon booking confirmation.
- “Service Provider” — Third parties engaged by the Platform to provide goods or services including event venues, caterers, hotels, transportation providers, production companies, security contractors, and payment processors.
- “Payment Processor” — Any third party, including bank networks, card networks, digital wallet services, or cryptocurrency networks that facilitate collection and settlement of payments for Services.
- “Chargeback” — A reversal of a card payment initiated by your bank or card issuer, a disputed payment claim, or any similar claim made to a Payment Processor for reversal or refund of a transaction.
- “No-Show” — Failure by a User to attend or join the Experience at the scheduled time and location without timely and accepted notice and rescheduling under the Platform’s policies.
- “Reschedule” — A change to the confirmed date, time, or format of an Experience agreed upon by the Platform and the User under the terms set forth herein.
- “Force Majeure” — Events beyond the reasonable control of the Platform or Celebrity including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, travel restrictions, war, terrorism, strikes, or sudden illness preventing participation.
- “Account Suspension” — Temporary deactivation of a User’s account privileges pending investigation.
- “Termination” — Permanent deactivation or closure of a User’s account and revocation of all access rights.
- “Original Currency Value” — For crypto transactions, the fiat (USD) value reflected at the time of confirmed payment for purposes of refunds or credits unless otherwise stated.
- “Personal Data” — Any information that identifies or can reasonably be used to identify a User, including name, email, phone number, billing and payment information, passport or ID details, travel documents, medical or accessibility information when necessary, and related contact details.
- “Official Channels” — Email addresses, phone numbers, messaging systems, or Platform portals expressly published on the Website as Platform contact points (e.g., support@jasonstatham.me).
Scope of Services
The Platform provides a broad array of services and products that may change over time as new experiences, membership tiers, or technologies are added. The following exhaustive list describes the Services the Platform may offer now or in the future. Where a service is not currently available, it may be offered later under separate Product Terms on the Website.
Fan Membership Packages
The Platform may provide multiple membership tiers designed to offer varying levels of access and perks, including but not limited to:
- Basic Fan Membership — Access to newsletters, public livestreams, limited presale access, and community forums;
- Premium Membership — Higher-tier content, earlier booking windows, limited free Digital Experiences or discounted add-ons, and occasional exclusive merchandise drops;
- VIP / Platinum Membership — Priority booking for in-person Experiences, premium seating at public events, exclusive VIP-only digital content, concierge support for travel and hospitality coordination, and increased allocation for limited-capacity events;
- Limited Edition or Event-Specific Memberships — Time-limited or event-specific passes that include items such as backstage tours, production visits, or charity-allocated Experiences;
- Corporate or Group Programs — Custom packages designed for corporate clients, sponsors, or special groups (subject to separate contract terms).
Memberships may include tangible and intangible benefits that are further described at the time of purchase. The Advertising or marketing language describing membership perks represents a reasonable expectation of benefits but is subject to the terms and availability described herein.
Meet & Greet Events and In-Person Experiences
The Platform arranges and sells tickets, passes, and bookings for both private and public in-person Experiences. These may include:
- Short-form meet & greets (photo ops, handshake stage passes, autograph signings);
- Extended VIP dinners, small-group conversations, or closed-set events;
- Backstage tours, rehearsal viewings, or curated Q&A sessions;
- Charity or fundraising events where proceeds may be donated per event-specific disclosures;
- Large-scale public events where meet & greet access is a distinct add-on or ticketed component.
Venues, security, and production elements will be governed by venue rules and separate third-party contracts. The Platform will provide pre-event instructions, identification requirements, and venue policies to ticketed Users at the time of booking or in their confirmation itinerary.
Digital Experiences
Digital Experiences may include:
- Live one-on-one or small-group video calls;
- Personalized pre-recorded video messages;
- Texting, chat, or messaging sessions mediated by Platform tools;
- Livestream interactions with moderated Q&A opportunities;
- Fan-submitted content reviews or shout-outs by the Celebrity;
- Virtual workshops, masterclasses, or training sessions hosted by the Celebrity or authorized representatives.
Digital Experiences are scheduled and delivered through Platform-provided interfaces or third-party services integrated with the Platform. The Platform maintains the right to record, monitor, and archive Digital Experiences for quality, safety, training, or administrative purposes subject to local law and the Privacy Policy.
Add-Ons, Merchandise & Hospitality Packages
The Platform may sell additional goods and services in connection with Experiences, including:
- Photo upgrades, prints, or digital copies;
- Signed merchandise, limited edition goods, or collector items;
- Hospitality and catering packages, VIP lounges, and meet-and-greet upgrades;
- Travel and hotel coordination services (either direct sales or referral/booking services through third parties);
- Concierge coordination for accessibility, special accommodations, or dietary requests when requested in advance.
Where the Platform arranges travel or hotel services, those services may be provided by third-party Service Providers and governed by separate agreements between the User and those third parties. The Platform’s role may be advisory, intermediary, or contractual depending on the offering and will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Ticketing, Allocation & Fair Access
The Platform reserves the right to allocate tickets or Experience slots in a fair and controlled manner, including presales, member-only allocations, lotteries, or tiered access to preserve safety, fairness, and production logistics. The Platform may impose limits on the number of tickets any single User may purchase and reserves the right to cancel or reallocate suspicious bookings to mitigate scalping, fraud, or other abusive practices.
User Accounts & Registration
To access certain Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must keep your account information up-to-date and promptly notify the Platform of any changes. The Platform may require identity verification (including government-issued ID, passport, driver’s license, or other documentation) prior to confirming certain high-value Experiences or to comply with KYC/AML obligations.
Account Creation and Information
- You will provide a valid email address, phone number (if required), full legal name, billing information, and any other requested information.
- You represent and warrant that all information provided is true and accurate and that you will maintain accuracy over time.
- Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and authorizes the Platform to suspend or terminate your account and cancel bookings without refund where appropriate.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify the Platform immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. The Platform will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
One Account Per Person; No Transfer or Sale of Accounts
Unless expressly allowed by the Platform in writing, accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, assigned, or shared. Any attempt to transfer or sell an account, ticket, membership, or Experience without prior written Platform consent may result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of fees with no refund.
Account Suspension, Limitation, and Termination
The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to suspend, limit, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or applicable law;
- Fraudulent, abusive, or threatening behavior;
- Chargebacks or attempted payment fraud;
- Repeated refunds or suspicious activity that suggests misuse;
- Non-cooperation with identity verification or security checks;
- Behavior that compromises the safety of the Celebrity, staff, other Users, or Service Providers.
In cases where suspension or termination is due to suspected criminal activity, the Platform may share relevant information with law enforcement or regulators as required by law.
Fan Memberships & Fan Packages
Memberships are subscription-based or time-limited products sold by the Platform and governed by the terms set at purchase. Membership representations and benefits are set out on the Website and in purchase confirmations. Memberships are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the Platform in writing.
Membership Tiers and Benefits
Each membership tier entitles the User to specific benefits described at the point of sale. The Platform endeavours to deliver all advertised benefits but cannot guarantee specific personal interactions or guaranteed responses from the Celebrity beyond what is explicitly documented in the membership description.
Duration, Renewal, and Cancellation
- Unless otherwise stated, Memberships are sold on a time-limited basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual). The duration and renewal mechanism will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Automatic renewals may apply for subscription memberships. You may cancel automatic renewal through your account or following the cancellation procedures provided in our Help Center. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
- Membership cancellation does not necessarily entitle you to refunds except where expressly stated or required by law.
Non-Guarantee of Contact or Personal Outcomes
Membership benefits do not guarantee direct contact with the Celebrity beyond expressly described items. For example, receiving a shout-out or appearing in a filmed segment may be expressly guaranteed only where stated. Membership benefits are subject to availability, scheduling, and the Celebrity’s consent. The Platform will not be liable for User expectations that exceed the written description of benefits.
Revocation of Membership
The Platform may suspend or revoke memberships without refund in cases of abusive behavior, fraud, illegal activity, violations of Platform rules, or repeated chargebacks. The Platform reserves the right to bar any User from membership benefits at its discretion to protect the Celebrity, other Users, or staff.
Bookings, Itineraries & Experiences
This section governs the terms for arranging, booking, confirming, modifying, or cancelling Experiences ordered through the Platform.
Booking Process
The standard booking process is:
- Select the desired Experience, date/time, seating or tier options, and any Add-Ons;
- Provide required personal information and identity verification where needed;
- Review and confirm the booking selection, including applicable taxes, fees, and travel or accommodation preferences;
- Make payment through an accepted payment method;
- Receive a booking confirmation and itinerary by email to the address on file once payment is authorized and verified.
All bookings are provisional until payment is fully authorized and any mandatory verification (including ID or KYC) is complete. The Platform retains the right to refuse or cancel any booking prior to confirmation for any reasonable business, safety, or legal reason, including suspected fraud.
Provisional vs. Confirmed Bookings
A booking is provisional until all payment, documentation, and verification has been received and approved. Once approved, the Platform will issue a confirmed booking and itinerary. Only confirmed bookings should be relied upon for travel planning. Provisional bookings may be subject to change or cancellation by the Platform without liability beyond applicable refunds or credits as described in these Terms.
Itinerary Preparation and Delivery
Following confirmation, the Platform will provide an itinerary which may include:
- Exact meeting location, venue entrance, and check-in instructions;
- Scheduled start and end times (with time zone specification);
- Identification and documentation requirements;
- Security and bag restrictions;
- Any pre-event briefing notes or health and safety instructions;
- Contact information for event staff or on-site emergency lines;
- Instructions for digital Experiences (video links, technical checks, login credentials).
Itineraries are subject to change for reasons including but not limited to venue requirements, Celebrity schedule changes, production needs, travel disruptions, weather, security concerns, or Force Majeure events. The Platform will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Users of material changes and to provide alternatives where practicable.
Scheduling, Time Zones, and Punctuality
All scheduled times are given in the specified time zone and it is the User’s responsibility to confirm the local time. Users are expected to arrive at check-in points at least the time specified in the itinerary. Late arrivals may be refused entry at the venue or may miss parts of an Experience. Late arrival or failure to appear will not necessarily entitle the User to a refund; the Platform’s No-Show and Refunds policies apply.
Health, Accessibility & Special Needs
Users must disclose any health, mobility, dietary, or accessibility needs during booking so reasonable accommodation can be arranged where possible. The Platform cannot guarantee accommodation of all special needs but will use commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate with venues and Service Providers. The Platform may require medical clearance or documentation for certain Experiences (e.g., proximity-based, physically demanding, or medically sensitive events).
Right to Modify, Shorten, or Reconfigure Experiences
To protect the safety of the Celebrity, Users, and staff, the Platform and the Celebrity reserve the right to modify the format of an Experience (for example, converting an in-person Experience to a digital one), shorten the duration, or substitute an alternative Experience of comparable value due to scheduling conflicts, illness, security concerns, travel disruption, or production modifications. When possible, the Platform will offer reasonable alternatives such as rescheduling, platform credit, or partial refunds at the Platform’s discretion and as described in the Refunds & Cancellations section.
Punctuality, No-Shows, and Early Departures
- No-Show: If a User does not arrive or join at the scheduled start time without a timely and accepted request to reschedule, the Experience may be considered completed and no refund will be provided.
- Early Departure: If a User leaves an Experience before its scheduled completion for any reason, no refund will be provided for the unused portion unless the Platform expressly agrees in writing.
- Celebrity Early Departure: If the Celebrity must end an Experience early for safety or illness reasons, the Platform will offer a reasonable remedy such as rescheduling, partial credits, or refunds at the Platform’s discretion and subject to verification.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. The Platform may display other accepted currencies only for convenience and conversion purposes; the official accounting currency for charges, refunds, and credits is USD.
Price Display & Additional Fees
Displayed prices include the base fee for the Experience but may exclude taxes, service fees, payment processing fees, shipping and handling for physical items, customs duties, or third-party charges (collectively “Additional Fees”). All Additional Fees applicable to a booking will be disclosed at checkout where practical. Prices are valid at checkout only and may change at any time prior to your confirmed transaction.
Price Changes
The Platform may change pricing for Services at any time. Pricing applicable to a confirmed booking is the price shown at the time of checkout and accepted by the User. If an error or inadvertent pricing mistake is discovered after payment, the Platform reserves the right to cancel or correct the order and will provide a refund for any amounts already paid if cancellation occurs due to an error beyond the Platform’s control.
Payment Must Be Received to Confirm
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full and verified by the Platform and any necessary identity checks are completed. The Platform may require additional verification documents or checks for certain transactions. The Platform may delay or cancel a booking if a payment is deemed suspicious or pending investigation.
Third-Party Services and Settlement
Payments may be processed by Payment Processors or third-party payment platforms. These third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. The Platform is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Payment Processors, including processing delays, fraud, or errors in settlement, except to the extent attributable to the Platform’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, including meet & greet bookings, memberships, digital collectibles, private content, and communication tools, you may be required to register for an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
Account Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to immediately notify the Platform at support@jasonstatham.me of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
Account Termination
The Platform may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, payment disputes, misuse of the Platform, harassment, impersonation, or behavior that threatens the safety, reputation, or security of Jason Statham, staff, or users.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your locality to create an account, purchase products, or participate in travel-related meet & greet experiences. Minors may participate only with documented parental or guardian consent.
License Grant & Usage Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Platform grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering, copying, or modifying any part of the Platform.
- Republishing content, recordings, images, or videos of Jason Statham for commercial purposes.
- Automated scraping, data mining, bot usage, or unauthorized API access.
- Impersonating Jason Statham or representatives of the Platform.
- Reselling or brokering meet & greet bookings without written authorization.
Content Ownership
All content, including Jason Statham’s likeness, videos, audio recordings, branding, design, layout, source code, and proprietary systems, remain owned by Jason Statham and the Platform. No rights are transferred except those explicitly granted in these Terms.
Digital Products, Memberships & Subscriptions
The Platform may offer memberships, exclusive fan tiers, digital collectibles, tokenized passes, private community access, and premium content. Access remains valid only while your subscription is active and payments remain in good standing.
Auto-Renewal
Some subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize the Platform to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
- No prorated refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
- Access to premium content will end immediately upon expiration or cancellation.
Pricing, Payments & Billing Terms
The Platform supports various payment methods including credit/debit cards, fintech gateways, crypto payments, and digital wallets. Prices listed on the Platform may include service fees, processing fees, and regional taxes.
Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and you authorize the Platform to charge the amount due for all purchases, bookings, subscriptions, or digital products.
Currency Conversion
All transactions processed in currencies other than USD may be subject to conversion rates determined by your financial institution or blockchain exchange rate at the time of payment.
Crypto Payments & Digital Assets
The Platform supports cryptocurrency payments via approved blockchain networks. By using crypto payment options, you acknowledge the following:
Irreversibility of Blockchain Payments
- Crypto payments are final and cannot be reversed due to the nature of blockchain technology.
- You are responsible for ensuring accuracy of wallet addresses, network selection, and transaction fees.
Volatility Disclosure
The Platform does not assume liability for price volatility between the time of purchase and confirmation. All crypto prices are calculated based on current market exchange rates at time of transaction.
Fraud & Compliance
Suspicious transactions, mixer-based payments, anonymous routing, or OFAC-sanctioned wallets may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or reporting to compliance authorities.
Meet & Greet Booking Terms
The Platform enables fans to book meet & greet experiences, behind-the-scenes access, autographed items, online calls, and official appearances with Jason Statham. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and you receive an official confirmation email from support@jasonstatham.me.
Scheduling & Availability
- Jason Statham’s schedule is subject to film production, travel, health, and security constraints.
- The Platform may modify booking dates if necessary, with notice provided to the user.
- Rescheduling due to unforeseeable circumstances does not qualify as a breach of agreement.
Prohibited Behavior During Meet & Greets
- Unwanted physical contact.
- Recording or photographing where not permitted.
- Aggressive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct.
- Attempting to bypass staff or security guidelines.
Termination of Experience
Jason Statham or Platform staff may terminate a meet & greet experience at any moment if safety, comfort, or professional boundaries are compromised. Refunds will not be issued in cases of misconduct.
Refunds, Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
Refunds
Unless otherwise stated:
- All meet & greet bookings are non-refundable.
- Digital products and memberships are non-refundable once delivered.
- Refunds may be granted solely at the Platform’s discretion.
Chargebacks
Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may result in immediate account suspension, revocation of access, and reporting to payment processors and legal authorities.
Disputed Transactions
For any billing disputes, users must contact support@jasonstatham.me within 7 days of the transaction. The Platform will review the claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
DISCLAIMERS
“Jason Statham” (the Platform), its affiliates, and Jason Statham himself make no guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Website or Services. All content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may be updated, removed, or modified at any time.
The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided, including fan mail features, live chat, scheduling, ticketing, travel information, or appearance details. While the Platform makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, unexpected events—including travel delays, emergencies, government restrictions, or force majeure—may impact availability or service delivery.
Meet & Greet experiences, event activities, virtual sessions, and video messages may vary in duration, exact content, or delivery timeframes depending on Jason Statham’s professional schedule, film commitments, personal obligations, or security factors.
The Platform does not guarantee that any interaction with Jason Statham will result in continued communication, endorsements, business relationships, or follow-up opportunities outside the purchased service.
The Platform is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or errors of third-party providers including travel companies, transportation services, venue operators, event hosts, payment processors, blockchain networks, wallet providers, or communications vendors.
Crypto transactions are inherently volatile, irreversible, and subject to network delays. The Platform cannot reverse blockchain transactions or guarantee the performance of any blockchain network used.
You understand that participation in any event, appearance, or session is voluntary and entirely at your own risk. Event attendance may involve travel, physical movement, social interaction, environmental exposure, and other inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
The Platform makes no medical, legal, financial, or investment representations. All information is for entertainment and experiential purposes only.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Jason Statham, the Platform, nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
- Your use or inability to use the Website or Services;
- Cancellations, delays, postponements, or modifications of events or appearances;
- Loss of data, crypto, passwords, wallet access, or digital assets;
- Acts or omissions of third-party providers or contractors;

You agree that the governing jurisdiction is determined based on your location at the time of purchase.
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
